[tecomp] Next release of tecomp coming soon ...

The next release of tecomp is nearly ready to be released. The main 
focus is to get nearly all features of the class ANY for having the full 
spectrum of equality and cloning (deep_* features probably have to wait 
one more version) and the features "print" and "out" for easy output of 
objects.

Automatic boxing and creation expressions will be available as well.
