Arjen,

According to my email log TclLib was going to follow Core and use fossil.  
I'm not sure why the leap has not been made yet.

Andreas, if this is correct -- do we have a schedule for making the jump?

Also, are we going to use the  fossil bug tracking or stay with the SF bug 
tracking?
