I've managed to fix the fatal Mac OS Classic problems (more than  
one...) as well as some other TclMac bugs just in time before 8.4.2  
went final, updated installers are now again available

  - runtime-only: appropriate for most users (4.8M)

These are based on 8.4.2 final and will be what gets uploaded to  
sourceforge if nobody discovers any major build errors...

With my latest fixes, the tcl testsuite now passes again on Mac OS  
Classic, except for cosmetic testsuite bugs and the socket related  
tests (which have been failing for a long time...).

In particular [file link -symbolic] now works, as well as [file type]  
on links and [glob type -l].

Thanks to Bernard for his quick testing and for prompting me to do some  
more debugging...
