Initial Comment:
Under Tcl/Tk 8.4.14 and earlier the default sequences for the <<Copy>> <<Paste>> and <<Cut>> virtual events do not operate with the CAPS-LOCK key on. Solution: include sequences for <Control-Key-C> <Control-Key-V> and <Control-Key-X> (upper case key letters) to the respective virtual bindings to allow bindings on these events to operate independent of CAPS-LOCK position. Tested on Windows (XP) version 8.4.14.
