[TCLCORE] Tcl9 and related subjects

Howdy!

Is it OK to discuss Tcl9 and related subjects on the tcl-core list? I 
would like to gather discussion around Tcl9, Tcl/2, Cloverfield and all 
subjects relative to the future of Tcl. Or would creating a specific 
list be more appropriate? I don't want to pollute the regular flow of 
messages here, but at the same time I'd like to generate discussion with 
people not necessarily involved in these specific projects.
