Bugs item #854437, was opened at 2003-12-04 18:52 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112997&aid=854437&group_id=12997 Category: MacOS X Specific Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Jason Sonnenschein (swiney) Assigned to: Jim Ingham (wolfsuit) Summary: Bug involving grab, and menubuttons Initial Comment: I found a bug that appears to be OS X specific. I'm using Mac OS X 10.2.8 and tcl/tk 8.4.5 that I compiled myself. Admittedly, I haven't tried this on 8.4.5 on other OS's, but I think I saw this bug in earlier OS X versions of tcl/tk, as well. The code: console show set bleh Hi toplevel .a menubutton .a.mb -menu .a.mb.menu -textvariable ::bleh menu .a.mb.menu .a.mb.menu add radiobutton -variable ::bleh -label 1 .a.mb.menu add radiobutton -variable ::bleh -label 2 button .a.but1 -command "puts 1" button .a.but2 -command "puts 2" pack .a.mb .a.but1 .a.but2 grab .a The bad behavior: Initially the two buttons work fine. Now, pull down the menubutton to either menu entry. The next button you click _will not_ work. If you click on something else, the button you clicked will function fine, again. As a matter of fact, if you click one button, then the other the second button you click works fine. If you remove the "grab" line from the code, it works fine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112997&aid=854437&group_id=12997 |
