Bad value for -validate (true), must be integer



From the http(n) man page:

     ::http::geturl url ?options?

...

          -validate boolean



The -validate option should be able to take any value

acceptable to Tcl_GetBoolean.  The "-binary boolean"

flag in http 2.4 does not exhibit this bug.
