The features Neil described are attached specifically to the "unknown command" situation. Execution traces cannot substitute for them. Sorry to have pointed in the wrong direction on that point. That shifts us back to just a difference of opinion on which handler should have responsibility in which situation. Neil's clearly thought about it longer and in more detail than I have.
