Looks like the DLL libraries necessary for the SyncML interfaces are missing in the newer releases of task coach.
I know 1.2.27 and 1.2.26 both are missing the libraries.
1.2.23 works fine.
I've tested on multiple windows machines (vista Pro, win 7 home) and get the same results.
Using version 1.2.27, there is no option to turn on the SyncML features (as in 1.2.23). If I adjust the INI file manually, when 1.2.27 restarts, it pops up the "missing dll" error message dialog.

note:
1.2.27 has 47 files in the root install directory
1.2.23 has 50 files in the root install

Jérôme, I see this too on Windows XP. Something must be going wrong with the py2exe packaging process, but I can't see what.

    Thanks, Frank

A fix was made and checked into the source code repository of Task Coach. The fix will be part of the next release. You will get another notification when that release is available with the request to install the new release and confirm that your issue has indeed been fixed.

If you like, you can download a recent build from http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_bugfixes.py to test the fix.

Because a fix has been made for this bug report, the priority of this report has been lowered to 1 and its resolution has been set to 'Fixed'.
