I have been using Taskcoach on Windows for nearly a year. It has been great for managing my hours. I just switched to a Mac and am now starting to use the sync capabilities to my iPhone. It seems to work great. Just look forward to when I can manage efforts on the iPhone.

Excellent product that gets better with each update. What more could you want from any software. For seeing where I spend my time I have not come across anything as easy to use.

That's exactly what I was looking for to easily track my daily todos, efforts and projects! The usability and ease of use is of the best I've ever seen! Wish to the developers: export of more details to excel.

My favorite task manager! I especially like the hierarchical task structure (I can always add subtasks) and the effort tracking (no need for separate time tracker software).

I LOVE Task Coach!! I looked forever for a simple task-based application that would simplify the tracking of my completed and outstanding activities. This is simple and allows you to focus on the guts of what you are hoping to accomplish without getting muddled by useless bells and whistles. Great job and keep up the good work!!

Just started using it, but it seems more complete than many other planners I've tried/used. The timer is great. Just as Nick wrote: It's simpel,fast, intuitive. Keep up the good work, guys!
