#430 Copy-pasting efforts between tasks does not work

-Create a task
-Add multiple efforts
-Add subtask
-Go back to parent task efforts details
-Cut or copy some of the efforts
-Click on subtask
-Open effort details
-try pasting those from parent task

it does not work here. I am on winxp 64bit using the version from dec24-2008

    Confirmed still problem on 1.3.18
    related to the problem with notes copy/paste perhaps

    Anyway, workaround is to copy/paste in the same task and then edit the effort to assign it to a new task.
