I use task coach to measure the time I need to fullfil certain tasks, and to write bills for them afterwards (like once in 2 months or so).
So I create a new task, work on it, maybe on several different days, and once it's done, I mark it as completed.
But unfortunately, there's no possibility to mark a task as billed (or to add self definied new states).
So I created a category "billed", and add each task I billed to this category (which takes a few clicks more than if I just could change it's state with one of the symbols in the symbol bar).
But now all already billed tasks are shown, all the time. I can not hide them. I can filter, so it only shows me the billed tasks, but I can't filter in a way, so they are all hidden.
It would be great if that would be possible (or if it would be possible to define own states, besides active/inactive/completed).
Using a template, which the category "unbilled" won't work, because I'm absolutely sure, that half of the time I'd forget to create new tasks from the template.
