#1289 Mac Dock click icon doesn't bring up collapsed window

On Mountain Lion. Other programs, if window is collapsed, clicking the programs dock icon works as well as clicking the mini window to bring the window back. Doesn't work with Task Coach 1.3.18

    Actually it depends on the program; there are other ones which show the same behavior (Chrome for instance). I don't know why though.
