TAPACK: transport algorithms package / News: Recent posts

The first release of this project is now available. Documentation is non-existant but on the way, ready-to-run examples are provided, an executable and batch files for windows XP (tap.exe) and a ton of Fortran90 source code. If nothing else, you may be able to find some good source in here you can use for your own projects. (The source files are documented well!)
