#442 Polling threads pool management

Hi,

Some bugs have been found in the polling threads pool management:
- If you have polled devices with a common root in their respective names (a/b/c and a/b/cc fr instance)
- If there is one application reading one polled attribute before the polling thread pool has finished its initialization
- In the polling threads number management
