[Systeminstaller-users] Unification of SIS lists.

Hello all,

We are trying to improve some of the unification of the projects that
make up SIS. The mailing lists are one of the things we would like to
combine. So, instead of using the systeminstaller-devel and
systeminstaller-users lists, please make posts to sisuite-devel and
sisuite-users. The systeminstaller-checkins list will still remain
separate.
