Initial release of SynCE-KPM

We are happy to announce the initial 0.11 release of SynCE-KPM (KDE PDA
Manager), which is a manager application for your Windows Mobile 5/6 PDA.


SynCE-KPM includes the following functionality:
* Show tray icon popups with (dis)connection events
* Show some general information about the PDA
* Managing Software:
    - List of all installed programs
    - Install CAB files to the device
    - Uninstall program
* Managing Partnerships: (Requires running sync-engine)
    - List partnerships
        - Remove partnership
        - Add partnership
* Unlocking of both WM5/WM6 password locked devices


SynCE-KPM is released under the GNU General Public Licence.
