Ben, AFAIK noone has done it. I recently submitted the support for std::map in the patch section: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3175718&group_id=1645&atid=301645 the code in swig is fairly trivial to understand. So I would just go ahead and try it. If you submit it back, I'd volonteer to test it.
