[swanmodel-users] Issue with stationary mode in SWAN

Hello,

I'am using SWAN in a lagoon of an Island in New Caledonia.
I only take into account wind driven waves in stationary mode.
I suppose that the wind is constant over the whole domain.
  the attached figure is the plot of the Significant wave height for a 
wind from the west (20 m/s).
It shows clearly that there is a gradient of height from the western 
boundary to the eastern boundary.
How can i get a full steady state of seas on my whole grid ? I don't 
know how to manage the problem.
Isn't swan supposed to compute a steady state for each grid cell in 
stationary mode?
