Ken, You can use the Debian packaging I posted. Just change the distribution in 'debian/changelog' to saucy. If everything works you can upload your packages to the PPA. Then others can use them as well. To build, (1) download the source tarball from Tobias, (2) rename it to > 'svxlink_13.12.orig.tar.gz', (3) untar it, (4) change into 'svxlink-13.12', > (5) untar the attached debian archive, (6) change into 'debian' and (7) run > 'debuild -b'.
