Hi Danny, are those two nodes on two different public IP numbers? I had some time ago, tried this to run on a single IP, just for the kicks. It seems to work, but really causes confusion with Echo-Link Network since it doesn't know how to route the packets. In other words logically one system talks to itself. whichever captures the packets faster. If you run the two system with different IP numbers, then it sounds weird since it should work. However, the Windows machine needs also the 5198 - 5200 open through the firewall and many routers allow the port-set only once to be forwarded. If the above is true, then it beats me, except that there might be another software firewall being overlooked. Good luck, although I got only 2 cents to throw in. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Norbert Seibert,* Best Regards, Visit the Website at Email <http://www.kj6zd.net> <mailto:nse...@ds...> On 9/9/2010 20:59, Danny Moss wrote: > >> Danny Moss schrieb: >>> .... >>> and still I cannot get it to decode all the dtmf codes it will decode >>> 1245 >>> 7 and # my repeater controller (seperate item) shows me it decodes all >>> the dtmf codes sent by the radio I am using to send the dtmf codes so >>> that hand held is working fine. >>> >>> >> Hi Danny, >> >> I had the same problem here with different radios, the reason maybe a >> difference of the DTMF single tone amplitudes of each radio.
