Yes, that is another request that have popped up now and then. I have thought of making it possible to setup static EchoLink connections in the background, independent of if the EchoLink module is active or not. Maybe the background connections could be muted, but not disconnected, when another module is activated. If a link is disconnected, SvxLink try to reestablish it again.
