For some reason my normal login which has pretty much full admin rights anyway gets a device busy error for /dev/dsp... Bound to be a permissions error... The one Ubuntu user is all to familiar with alien, it also allows .deb files to be converted to .rpm or .tgz. I did have one go at "dpkg -i" on SuSE 10.1 - /var/lib/dpkg/available is an empty directory. # dpkg -i /data1/ftp/nov05/ZimbraBuild/rpmconf/Spec/zimbrastore.deb dpkg: failed in buffer_read(fd): copy info file `/var/lib/dpkg/available': Is a directory # less /usr/local/bin/QTEL export ASYNC_AUDIO_NOTRIGGER=1 qtel& Regards Sid. -- Sid Boyce ...
