Only one connection at a time is possible right now. I'm also thinking of implementing my own voice-over-IP communication with improved sound quality to link repeaters together. GSM compression is quite good for low bandwidth connections but if you've got a high bandwidth connection, better audio quality could be achieved with another algorithm. > Also, is there a way to disconnect a station that > has connected into yours?(I think this can't occur, until support for > multi-stations/conferencing is available). Do correct me if I have made > a wrong statement. Anyway, everything seems good. You can disconnect a station by just pressing the number sign (#) on either DTMF och directly on the keyboard. All digits (0-9, A-D, *, #) you type on the keyboard will simulate DTMF keypresses. I don't know how the original EchoLink software handle multiple stations since I've never seen it running. Is it possible to choose one of multiple connected stations of which to disconnect using DTMF ? I'm also planning on implementing a better console interface so that some things can be controlled by typing text commands (like disconnecting from stations). Or maybe a remote control GUI, or a web interface. I havn't decided yet :-) 73 de SM0SVX / Tobias |
