as of version 1.0.7 some hotkeys got broken:
Ctrl+D - used to comment inline selected text (Ctrl+shift+D still works)
Ctrl+Alt+up/down - used to copy selected text up / down (alt+up/down still works)
Ctrl-D still works for me, in my case I have the default binding - which is delete current line.
Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down still works for me too. I did jump from 1.0.6 to 1.1.1, so I might have missed the broken bit.
