#51 Windows 2008 R2 UAC breaks sudowin

If UAC is enabled on a Windows Server 2008 R2 system, even if a command is logged as launching in the event log, no window appears. Disabling UAC corrects this behavior, leaving me to believe that somehow the Callback Application needs to do something different for UAC than was done in Vista.
