Hi, yesterday I added a patch to the SF patch tracker for fixing emulator compiles on evc. The solution was to add the processor subtype to the output dir, so that the output folder for emulator would be "evc4-x86-emulator". Now I discovered that I broke ARM compiling since there also is a subtype for every ARM flavor, like ARMV4I, ARMV4T. Now my question: should we add subtypes for all known variants? According to the configure.bat this would be: - for ARM there are: ARM (evc3), ARMV4, ARMV4I, ARMV4T (evc4) - for MIPS there are: R4100, R4111, R4300, MIPS16, MIPSII, MIPSII_FP, MIPSIV, MIPSIV_FP This would enlarge build\Makefiles\nmake\targets.mak quite a bit. The other solution would be to make "emulator" a real processor type, so that the output folder would be "evc4-emulator" again. What do you think? bye Michael |
