Summary: Characters not working

Initial Comment:
The characters aren't working. The error screen said,
"The redirect 'Characters/Emi/Rest/Rest.redir'
references a file
'Characters/_DDRPC_common_Rest.bones.txt' which doesn't
exist." It happens with all of the characters.
