#11 Exception on Tell task after MakeCall in subprocess

WI has been created by SPLive, no media channel has been established. Upon end of WI (timeout for example) process needs to make a call and then play a tell task. It works if MakeCall is in the main process, but is MakeCall is in one sub process and TELL is in another process crashes on the strange XML error saying something about wrong XML tag: <HR> (seems that HTML is generated.
