I'm trying to learn how to program with Tcl/tk within Pregap4 and Gap4 due to my Final Project on University.
The point is I'm just a beginner so I'm quite lost. Could please anybody help me?
I'm programming an application with Java on Eclipse for Windows. And I'd like to interact with Pregap4 and Gap4.
For example, I invoke Pregap4 from my Java application and Pregap4 turns out. Then I need to know when the user press the x button to close the Pregap4 application so that I can get back the control to my Java application. Is that possible?

I am afraid my Java is extremely rusty so I can not help you much. My colleague suggests you look at these links:

The key being that you call a waitFor method on the Process object returned by the exec command.
