Windows version Gap4 (4.10).
Moderate size contig, list of readings exceeding the
hight of editor window.
Try to scroll down with scrolling bar (but not with down
arrow) on the right window controls results in an endless
loop: the window blinks trying to scroll by one line back
and forth. No way to exit program. The only solution is
to kill the app but then all edits are lost.
Serious nuissance.

all data sets you have tried or just a particular one?

Upgrading Tcl solved the problem.
