#101 Report of systematic screen for crashes in Debian.

Dear James,

a team of researchers have used Debian to screen for crashes using a tool called "mayhem". For the io-lib, they opened the following issues in our bug tracker.

I've identified and fixed the causes of these bugs.

The first is in argument parsing of convert_trace. All the others are due to the same lack of error checking in reading the CTF format. (I expect there are more issues lurking in that code, but I fixed the ones I could find.)
