mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 /mnt/cdrom
/dev/cdroms/cdrom0 exists and now i can mount it anywhere on a file system

i dont know why on my debian distrib, the cdrom is mapped on /dev/hdc 
and the special file /dev/hdc doesn't exist

dmesg |grep hdc
hdc: SONY CD-RW CRX216E, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
hdc: attached ide-scsi driver.

and the line in fstab
/dev/hdc     /media/cdrom0   iso9660 ro,user,noauto,node=1   0       0

now i've done a soft link between /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 and /dev/hdc
