Hi all, I missed one feature in top: the node number on which tasks are running. So I added it :) I couldn't figure how to literally add a column to the selectable fields (I had problems with selection keys, A to Z letters are already used, and I didn't manage to use special character keys to select my new node field, because it seems that the same key must be used to toggle field selection, and this key must have different displays, so only letters (lowercase and uppercase) are available). Thus I replaced the RUSER field (real user) by a NODE field. I thought RUSER was the less significant field, because it is quite redundant with the USER (effective user) field. If anybody knows how to add a field, without replacing an other field, I would be very glad to follow his/her instructions. :) Anyway, here comes the patch. You can find debian files it here: http://www.stix.polytechnique.fr/~cavalotti/openssi/ I think we could add node# support in ps too, so that's my next step. :) Regards, -- Kilian CAVALOTTI | GPGKeyId: 0xD657340C BOFH excuse #315: The recent proliferation of Nuclear Testing |
