[SSI-devel] openssii/specs/kernel-2.4.spec is not merged properly to the 2.420-30.9 kernel

I will correct this and check it in. I've found out that when I did the 
2.4.20-28.9 merge I imported the wrong file on the REDHAT branch. I am 
going to delete that revision out of the branch and clean it up.
