[SSI] Cluster wide fstab

Hi, 

 I have uploaded the new tar.gz at

 http://ssic-linux.sourceforge.net/contrib/mount.tar.gz

This include  cfs_mount/cfs_umount/cfs_swapon/cfs_fsck . 


Once we  make sure that  there are no bugs  these  commands can be
renamed as needed.
