If you just want booting alone ,that's to avoid dhcp here, build the kernel and inital ramdisk as said in the previous mail ( --nosync ),ie second node as Slave node . ftp the images to node 2 and configure you lilo or grub and boot with that image. BUT this is _JUST_ to avoid having dhcp setup. dhcp is always better and clean way of getting the cluster run with minimum configuration. -aneesh |
