Hi, working with a fresh install (amd64), i'm incurring in the same problem previously reported for i686: while installing linux-image-2.6.12-ssi-amd64_1.9.6-13_amd64.deb it happens: Running depmod. Finding valid ramdisk creators. Using /usr/sbin/mkinitrd to build the ramdisk. cpio: initrd/lib/libcluster.so.0 not created: newer or same age version exists cpio: initrd/lib/libc.so.6 not created: newer or same age version exists Not a HASH reference at /sbin/mkboottab line 46. Error generating boottab. Try again run-parts: /etc/mkinitrd/scripts/tabonly-install exited with return code 1 /usr/sbin/mkinitrd failed to create initrd image. Failed to create initrd image. ... and so on. What to do? Thank you, have a nice day!
