I am expiriencing the same problem. It has nothing to do with harddisk drivers for SCSI or IDE. Device 01:00 is the RAM disk (initrd). The kernels provided within the debian packages are not able to mount their initrd because they have the cramfs driver itself compiled as a module. This is the classic hen/egg problem. Could this be fixed, please? Has anybody had success with the debian packages? |
