Has anyone else witnessed the missing stdout messages to console from linuxrc (echo) when booting a node other than the bootnode?=20 The linuxrc script 'echo' messages appear on console when booting the bootnode. When booting a non-boot node, the only console output is from kernel printk()s until after the ramdisk linuxrc script has terminated. I've tried the following linuxrc tweaks with no linuxrc output on non-bootnode consoles: removed 'setquiet' from linuxrc linuxrc 1st line as '#!/bin/bash -x' redirecting stdout to stderr for echo commands redirecting echo to /dev/console =20 Nodes are booting the R1-1-1 FC2 kernel from the source RPM, not CVS sources. Suggestions on how to proceed with debug? Thanks, Stan. |
