[SM-PLUGINS] Address Group Contribution - How?

I have created a plugin for addressbook groups. May I know how to contribute
this plugin? Since this is a new plugin, do I do it through CVS??

This addressgroup also utilises the abook_database as well as a global
addressbook (database) -abook_global_database contributed by another user in
the forum, although it could be ported for users using text files for
address books.
