[SM-USERS] Fatal error: Failed opening required 'DB.php'

Hi,
I am trying to set this up but am not having much luck.  I did get it to =
the login screen once and received the following error when trying to =
login:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cacheprefvalues() in =
../functions/file_prefs.php on line 19

So I thought I had it set wrong so I re-uploaded everything and re-setup =
it up in the conf.pl and now I get the following error:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path=3D'') in =
../functions/db_prefs.php on line 35

Can anyone PLEASE help me out on what I'm doing wrong before I go =
totally bald......
