I don't actually use Cyrus, but the one time I tested it, you needed to
make a mailbox for that user (I think it was Mail.<username>, something
like that).  If that mailbox doesn't exist, then the symbolic name "INBOX"
in the IMAP results won't exist..

Try checking the the user has been set up correctly in Cyrus.
