get_location() now tries to auto-detect the port number (assuming that HTTP_SERVER_VARS['SERVER_PORT'] is set). If so, it will add the port number to the URL, if it is not port 80. If you're running your server on a nonstandard port, it doesn't put the port number into the url it creates.
