[SM-I18N] Updated Arabic Translation for CVS 15/07/2004

Hello,

I have updated the Arabic Translation as of the squirrelmail.pot which
comes with the 15/07/2004 CVS version of SquirrelMail.

Please find attached the updated .po file.

Its not a complete update, however it covers almost all visible strings in
the GUI.
