What would be the reason that I could not access squirrelmail via the
following URL:

   http://domainname/squirrelmail/index.php

When I put the browser at this URL, I get the standard, "The page cannont be
displayed".  To make sure I did not have a permissions or Apache/PHP
problem, I created a php test file and put it in the squirrelmail directory,
pointed my browser at it and it worked just fine.

At the same time, if I type:

   http://domainname/squirrelmail/src/login.php

I get the login and can get in.

I have Apache configured such that the default document root file is
index.php so I really don't need the index.php in the first URL.  It works
the same with and without it obviously.

Am I misinterpretting the installation instructions?  Should this even
working pointing at the document root of squirrelmail?
