Yes, we are aiming for total "ease of use" including setting it up. To set up with PHP IMAP functions, you have to have UW's imap client source, and compile it in with PHP... rather a pain. Currently, you should be able to just unzip squirrelmail, edit the config, and you're ready to go. We have gone by RFC2060 when creating our IMAP functions, and they should be totally compatable.
