[SM-I18N] the Latest Simplified Chinese Translation based on 1.2.10

Hi hard working boys and girls,

I attached two .zip files with this email.

one is the latest Simplified Chinese .po/.mo files.
please, please update the previous ones with these
ones. :D

Another one is called Simplified_Chinese_Helps.zip. As
its name appears, it is the Simplified Chinese helps
for SquirrelMail. This is a big one, I have to say.
After translation, my beautiful fingers are all
tangled up. :-( you guys are not going to make it any
bigger, are you? :D

BTW, we've got a funny guy here. someone just said:
"happy tax payers". I don't know about how you guys
look like when you pay your taxes. I definitely got
blue, when I hand in my money to a stranger. :-D
