[SM-I18N] Catalan translation update

Hello,

I've verified that the latest translation snapshot 
(squirrelmail-20120509_0200-SVN.locales.tar.gz) doesn't include my 
Catalan updates sent some time ago.

So, here they come the .po files again which include full Squirrelmail 
1.4.22 translation and the following plugins:

change_passwd
check_quota
local_autorespond_forward
login_check
vkeyboard

It also comes with the Catalan version of the 'sec_remove' image:

sec_remove_ca_ES.png
