[SM-PLUGINS] Plugins - Custom From for version 1.4.21/1.4.22svn

Hello and Happy New Year,

currently I am using squirrelmail1.4.22svn and it is annoying that there
is no plugin-tarball for the "Custom-From PlugIn".

Does someone hast the tar archive and can send it to me please?

The problem is, that I am currently in hospital where I can not  use  my
Laptop and my current E-Mail is an alias  to  <michelle.konzack>,  which
mean, I need the plugin urgently.
